| Pick up Procedures at Logan Airport |
All Drivers must remain with the vehicles at all the terminals, as per order of Massachusetts Port Authority.
If you would like the Greeter Service, you must inform us at the time of your reservation. The Greeter will meet you at the
baggage claim area.
Greeter Service for Minors. Logan Airport has strict guidelines when picking up a minor under the age of 16, which can take
up to 45 minutes before clearance is granted to the Greeter. Ages 16 years to under 18 years, minors are met at the baggage
claim area, and the Greeter must provide identification to the assistant. We will make a call to inform you we are at the airport
and again when your child is in our custody.
Terminal A:
We are not allowed to pick up at the curbside in terminal A.
Passengers must meet the driver at the limousine parking lot, which is located to the far left outer parking area.
Terminal B:
Logan Airport requires all drivers to wait at the limo pool parking area until contact has been made that the passengers are at
the curb side. Passengers or the Greeter will need to call the driver directly or call the office at 508-896-4445, to let us know
that they are leaving the baggage claim area and heading towards the curbside. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes depending
on the flow of traffic for the vehicle to arrive to the terminal. If the passengers are not at the curbside the driver will re-circle
the terminals, which takes approximately 3 to 5 minutes for the driver to return.
Terminal C:
Logan Airport requires all drivers to wait at the limo pool parking area until contact has been made that the passengers are at
the curb side. Passengers or the Greeter will need to call the driver directly or call the office to let us know that they are
leaving the baggage claim area and heading towards the curbside. It takes approximately 5-10 minutes depending on the flow of
traffic for the vehicle to arrive to the terminal. If the passengers are not at the curbside the driver will re-circle the terminals,
