Q: I checked with another company and found that they are less expensive,
    will you cut your price?
A: Our Prices are based upon our quality of service and our overhead costs.   We are not a company that is out to undercut another company, a
reputation we do not wish to have.  We are competitive with our prices and we always give you the best price we can.  However one of the worst
mistakes someone can make when looking for a limousine service is to shop based on the price alone.  When getting a chauffeur driven limousine or
sedan, there is a wide variety of quality, services and vehicles.  People would not choose their restaurants or hotel accommodations based only on
the price.  Our service is among the best with quality in mind, clean safe and properly insured vehicles, and courteous chauffeurs.

Q: Why does it costs so much?
A: To determine the cost of our services we have to consider several factors.  Among these are the type of vehicle, length of the time the driver and
vehicle are being used, the distance to be traveled, the costs of insurances, office expense, vehicle repairs, advertising and taxes.   We have the
most common prices listed here on our website, if you don't see a price for the services you are looking for please call us.

Q: Do you take checks or credit cards?  What about cash?
A: When paying by cash the entire balance is due upon the arrival of the vehicle.  Payments by personal check, Certified Bank Checks,  Travelers
checks, or money orders must be paid in full 10 days prior to the reserved date.    American Express Card, Discover Card,  Master Card,  and Visa Card
are ran the day before or the day of services, depending upon the type of service.

Q: What about Corporate Contracted Services?
A: In order to qualify for the Corporate Contracted services rate there is a minimum of four reservations per month requirement.   Payment methods
are the same as the above question.

Q: How much should I tip the driver?
A: The recommended amount is 20% of the service rate.   Superior service is 25%.

Q: Can we eat and drink in the cars, what about alcoholic beverages?
A: We do not mind people eating in the cars as long as customers are careful not to allow food to spill on the flooring, seats and bar.  We do provide
bottle waters, soda or juice, bite size snacks, and tic tacs, in all of our cars.

A: Alcohol is not permitted in the sedan, even if the bottles/cans are not opened.    The Massachusetts Alcohol Laws also apply to the Limousines.
Since there is a privacy divider in the limousines, customers are under the privacy  law.  No alcoholic beverages will be allowed to be stocked, or
opened in the vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 years, regardless if provided by any other passenger/customer/parent/relative.   Violation
of the Under Age Drinking Laws will terminate the services immediately, with no refund.  Since there is no Alcohol License for Livery Businesses in
Massachusetts, we are not allowed to serve, stock or purchase alcohol.  When our chauffeur refuses to serve alcohol at a customers request, refusing
to violate the Alcohol Laws does not constitute a chauffeur to forfeit their gratuity.

Q: Do you allow smoking in the vehicles?
A: No.  All of our Vehicles are non Smoking, which is a Federal Law.

Q: Do I need to give you driving directions?
A: Normal situations you do not, we plan each route out,  but we do not mind if you would like to give us directions.  We are able to locate many
locations, however some locations can not be located due to miss spelled road names, incorrect town, a new road that is not on the Internet maps or
map books,  more than one street has the same name. In the case we are not able to locate a location we will call our clients to get additional
    information.

Q:  We are going for the ride to drop someone off at the airport and returning back home,
the vehicle has to come back anyways, why do I have to pay to come back?
A:  The airlines, boats, trains, buses and taxi's all charge a return fee.  Airport rates are based on a one way transport plus the cost to cover the
chauffeurs time to return the vehicle.   When we do a same service round trip, our chauffeur and vehicle are on duty, and is not available for another
    customer.

Q: Can I inspect the vehicles before reserving one?
A: Yes!  We pride ourselves on the quality and safety of our vehicles, please call us to set up a showing.

    Q: Can I request a specific chauffeur?
A: We will do everything we can to provide you with your favorite driver as long as the driver is available.
