Q: I checked with another company and found that they are less expensive, will you cut your price?
A: Our Prices are based upon our quality of service and our overhead costs. We are not a company that is out to undercut another company, a reputation we do not wish to have. We are competitive with our prices. Our service is among the best with quality in mind, clean safe and properly insured vehicles.
Q: Why does it costs so much?
A: To determine the cost of our services we have to consider several factors. Among these are the type of vehicle, length of the time the driver and vehicle are being used, the distance to be traveled, the costs of insurances, fuel costs, office expense, vehicle repairs, advertising and taxes.
Q: Do you take checks or credit cards? What about cash?
A: When paying by cash the entire balance is due upon the arrival of the vehicle. Payments by personal check, Certified Bank Checks, or money orders must be paid in full 10 days prior to the reserved date. American Express Card, Discover Card, Master Card, and Visa Card are ran prior to the day of services.
Q: What about Corporate Contracted Services?
A: In order to qualify for the Corporate Contracted services rate there is a minimum of six reservations per month requirement. Payment is due prior to services.
Q: How much should I tip the driver?
A: The recommended amount is 20% of the service rate.
Q: Can we eat and drink in the cars, what about alcoholic beverages?
A: We do not mind people eating in the cars as long as customers are careful not to allow food to spill. We do provide bottle waters.
A: Alcohol is not permitted in the sedan, even if the bottles/cans are not opened. The Massachusetts Alcohol Laws also apply to the Limousines. When there is a privacy divider in the limousines, customers are under the privacy law. No alcoholic beverages will be allowed to be stocked, or opened in the vehicles with passengers under the age of 21 years, regardless if provided by any other passenger/customer/parent/relative. Violation of the Under Age Drinking Laws will terminate the services immediately, with no refund. There is no Alcohol License for Livery Businesses in Massachusetts, we are not allowed to serve, stock or purchase alcohol. Our chauffeurs are required to refuse to serve or purchase alcohol at a customers request, refusing to violate the Alcohol Laws does not constitute a chauffeur to forfeit their gratuity.
Q: Do you allow smoking in the vehicles?
A: No. All of our Vehicles are non Smoking, which is a Federal Law.
Q: Do I need to give you driving directions?
A: Most of the times the map books and GPS are correct, but sometimes they are wrong or not up to date with new roads. We try to verify the locations, and if we are unable to we will ask the client or passenger.
Q: We are going for the ride to drop someone off at the airport and returning back home, the vehicle has to come back anyways, why do I have to pay to come back?
A: The airlines, boats, trains, buses and taxi's all charge a return fee. Airport rates are based on a one way transport plus the cost to cover the chauffeurs time to return the vehicle. When we do a same service round trip, our chauffeur and vehicle are on duty, and is not available for another customer.
Q: Can I inspect the vehicles before reserving one?
A: Yes, please call us to set up an inspection.
Q: Can I request a specific chauffeur?
A: Yes, you may ask for your favorite driver as long as the driver is available.
